UrgentCall™ is an Android app designed to relieve the stress of needing to make certain that your loved ones are able to reach you in case of an emergency or any other reason to make an urgent call to your mobile device.

Identify, design, and develop a mobile application based solution that would enable its users to never miss an important call from their loved ones again. In case of an emergency, authorized individuals can contact the user regardless of location or phone setting.
Solution
Urgent Call™ is a highly innovative product: so innovative that it received 4 separate patents from the US Patent Office for the use of unique technology and processes.
Once the app is installed, the users enter some basic information on the profile page and then choose the contacts they’d like to authorize to make urgent calls through this system. The user can change or remove the authorized callers at anytime. Authorizing a contact for urgent calls adds all their associated phone numbers to the authorized callers list. The authorized contacts receive an automated text stating that if they have an emergency call, they can call the user on their special emergency contact number.
